i nominate this man he kicks out states house tennants who pay their rents regularly and replaces them with people who are on supplementry benefit his hobby is knocking down perfectly good houses at the bouet.

I would agree that he is a complete idiot as far as the job goes,

However one can become quite angry at the way things are handled in Guernsey; firstly we have a Policeman, who with brute force subjected an elderly lady to a moment of terror-

He is dismissed the service and rightly so; -But oh no more nincompoops allow him back to his job-

Then we have the one first mentioned as a nincompoop- none other than the Housing bloke; hey hang on_ wasn't he also one with a record. didn't he stand trial for GBH.
