I would agree that he is a complete idiot as far as the job goes,

However one can become quite angry at the way things are handled in Guernsey; firstly we have a Policeman, who with brute force subjected an elderly lady to a moment of terror-

He is dismissed the service and rightly so; -But oh no more nincompoops allow him back to his job-

Then we have the one first mentioned as a nincompoop- none other than the Housing bloke; hey hang on_ wasn't he also one with a record. didn't he stand trial for GBH.
